 As a producer, Pollack Media Group has participated in some of the largest music events of the past decade, including:

 

  • Producer -“Movies Rock” a two-hour CBS TV special celebrating music from movies featuring Beyonce, Tony Bennett, Mary J Blige, Usher, Harrison Ford, Charlize Theron and Quentin Tarantino, among others.
  • Special Advisor- Talent – Live Earth – The concerts with Al Gore to raise awareness about global warming
  • Producer -Westwood One’s simulcast of the U2 and Green Day performance that re-opened the New Orleans Superdome and benefited Music Rising. 
  • Executive Producer – Live 8 – Worldwide Radio
  • Co-Producer – Apollo Theater 70th Anniversary TV Special               
  • Co-Executive Producer – Special Olympics “A Very Special Acoustic Christmas” CD.         
  • Music Consultant for Major League Baseball’s World Series..                                  
  • Executive Producer – “Love Rocks” The Entertainment Industry Foundation’s Humanitarian Award honoring Bono. Featured performers included No Doubt, Lauryn Hill, R.E.M., Cher, Drew Carey, Ray Romano, Kevin Nealon plus guest appearances from Tom Cruise and Kevin Spacey.
  • Executive in Charge of Talent – Olympics Medals Plaza 2002 Salt Lake Olympics.            
  • Senior VP Opening/Closing Ceremonies – 2002 Salt Lake Olympics.                  
  • Co-Producer of Net Aid, the largest Internet event at the time. Concerts simulcast worldwide from New York, London, and Geneva.
  • Executive Producer of the Wyclef Jean / Bono charity single “New Day.” 
  • Creative Music Consultant on Emmy Award winning Theme Song for MGM TV series “Fame L.A.”
  • Music correspondent for Good Morning America.
  • Executive Music Consultant on Pavarotti’s televised concert event for Bosnian war victims featuring U2, The Cranberries, and various other artists.
  •  An Executive Producer of Quincy Jones’s Lincoln Memorial pre-inauguration event, “Call to Reunion,” on HBO.
  • Co-Executive Producer of Billboard Music Awards for two years, which included helping organize The First Century Award honoring George Harrison.
  • Conceived and organized Yoko Ono tribute to John Lennon on his 50th birthday. “Imagine” played simultaneously around the world and heard by over one billion people. Largest Radio broadcast in history.                  
  •  Coordinating Producer of Live Aid radio broadcast.
